The city is seeking a construction manager to direct a project to reestablish the locker room and hallway of those Clifford J. Hurgin Municipal Center. The city plans to demolish the square foot space and make improvements, including plumbing, electrical, new floors, walls and fittings, as found by a request for suggestions on the city site.
